Strengths:
Although listed at just 205 pounds, Paul Williams is a very physical receiver. Williams has an “edge” to him that many receivers use to get their game to where it needs to be. His stock continues to surge, he has had several excellent performances in the college all-star games and a solid showing at the NFL combine in Indianapolis.
Weaknesses:
It appears as if Paul Williams attended the Terrell Owens/Chad Johnson school to becoming an NFL Wide Receiver. His attitude could be an issue with the way the NFL is attempting to adopt the brand new three strike policy.
Overall:
In such a deep WR class, the War Room Report does not feel that Paul Williams will hear his name called on the first day of the NFL Draft. That being said, he still has potential and he could be a legit steal in the draft.
