War Room Report Scouting Report
WR Rankings

WR2 - Dwayne Jarrett, USC Dwayne JarrettOfficial Bio
Height: 6-4
Weight: 219
40 yard dash:
Grade: 94

Strengths:
Dwayne Jarrett has the size and intangibles that you want in a #1 receiver in the National Football League. He has excellent hands and is an unbelievable red zone target whom accounted for 41 touchdowns prior to jumping to the NFL after his junior season. At just 20 years old he has vast potential and his overall game will project well to the next level.
Weaknesses:
Dwayne Jarrett’s 40 yard dash is going to determine his draft status. He did not run at the NFL combine and some scouts have been speculating that Jarrett does not have the straight line speed to separate from defenders in the NFL. Jarrett must post around a 4.55 or below 40 time to silence the critics. He must also learn to be more physical to initially get a step on defensive backs.
Overall:
Dwayne Jarrett will most assuredly go down as one of the most debated draft prospect in 2007 draft. Some scouts believe that he will post an adequate 40 yard dash time and he will elevate himself to a top 10 overall selection but. there are many others who believe his time will not be good enough to warrant a high first round pick. Here at that the War Room Report we are a part of the former, we believe that his ability and potential outweigh the concerns and that he will become a legitimate force in the National Football League.
